Altavera is a premium, design-led construction & property services studio rooted in Tenerife.


For more than 20 years we’ve combined architectural design, structural know-how, and advanced construction technologies – including exclusive access to Crystal Cement injection, GFRP composite rebars, and thin thermoisolating systems.


As a dedicated design office, we handle full building architecture, interior design, technical condition assessments of existing properties, and urban planning consultations. We also offer property search & intermediation for buyers and sellers, plus full building contracting.


Our work has helped shape some of the island’s most recognisable landmarks – including members of our wider network who worked on the Auditorio de Tenerife, Santiago Calatrava’s ocean-front “winged” amphitheatre, a global icon of contemporary Spanish architecture.
